Naya Bacalar Lagoon Front offers stunning cottage design, beautiful lake views, and a fantastic yoga experience with a great teacher. the staff is incredibly helpful, and the breakfast is delightful, creating a truly immersive stay in the jungle.
Occasional road noise present. Lagoon access through another hotel.

Loved a safe box, a seating area, and a work desk in the room. The restaurant was good and the food was good. The service offered was excellent! The staff were really friendly and amazingly nice up until the day we left.

The hotel is in a great location, right by the lake and jungle, with a lagoonfront restaurant. the room was huge, clean, and had all the necessary facilities. the bed was comfortable, and they even provided hypo-allergenic pillows.

The hotel is stunningly beautiful. the rooms are stunning and huge. the staff is good and kind. the location is great, close to the lake, the center of Bacalar, and restaurants. the vibe at the hotel is special.
